Navigating Living Shorelines The class will give participants useful information for planning and implementing living shoreline projects and permitting projects for homeowners. It will discuss design considerations for living shorelines; new regulations and permitting process at the state and county level; and look at how living shorelines integrate with critical area buffer management plans. |
This class demonstrates the importance of living shorelines from a Chesapeake Bay conservation and restoration perspective. It is intended for planners in county and municipal government.
